Booking
You book directly with Leviloma, Levi, Finland. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are in euros and include bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is charged as a fixed fee per stay: €70 for the 21 m² apartments and €90 for the 27 m² apartments.
Payment
Every booking is a request until we confirm it. We review it and confirm by email, usually within 24 hours. After that we send the payment instructions by email, and you pay by bank transfer.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is 16:00–23:00. Check-out is by 11:00. If you will arrive after 23:00, please contact us before arrival. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that, if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival you receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, 50 % of the booking is refunded. To cancel, please email or call us.
House rules
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours and the neighbours in the building. The number of guests must not exceed the number in the booking.
Damage and cleaning
Please leave the apartment tidy. Guests are responsible for damage they cause during the stay.
Liability
Leviloma is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or for events outside our control such as extreme weather or road closures. We recommend travel insurance.
