This 27 m² split-level apartment is on the second floor of the Levistar III building, reached by a spiral staircase, with a private entrance. Levi centre is 500 m away and the front slopes are 750 m. It has a private sauna, free WiFi and free parking with a heating post.
The loft has three 80 cm single beds, and the living area has a 120 cm bed and a sofa. Getting to the loft means climbing steep stairs under a low ceiling. The kitchenette has an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster (there is no oven). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is a fixed fee of €90 per stay. The beds are not pre-made.
It suits a couple or a small family. Three to four adults will find the apartment compact. There are no hotel services and no breakfast. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 23:00–06:00.
