This privacy policy explains how Leviloma handles personal data on leviloma.com and when you book or contact us. Last updated 25 October 2026.
Who is responsible

What data we collect and why
- Contact form and email. When you write to us we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), your dates, group size, chosen apartment and your message. We use it only to answer you. Messages are sent to info@leviloma.com. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or taking steps before a contract.
- Booking requests and bookings. When you request a booking we receive your name, email address, phone number, country, dates, number of guests and any note you add. We use it to confirm and manage your stay, send payment and arrival instructions and keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: performing the booking contract, and our legal obligations (bookkeeping).
- Website analytics (only if you accept). If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and from which country. It uses cookies and an online identifier. Legal basis: your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Cookies
The site uses a few technical cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember your language and to run the booking form. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, names starting with _ga) are set only after you accept. We store your choice (accept or decline) in your browser so we do not ask again each time.
Who receives your data
- Our website hosting and email provider, Hostinger, which stores the website, booking data and email.
- Google, for Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA, under the safeguards it provides (for example standard contractual clauses).
- Authorities and our accountant where the law requires, for example for bookkeeping.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
- Booking and payment records: as long as the law requires for bookkeeping (in Finland generally 6 years after the end of the financial year).
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it where the law allows, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@leviloma.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
